Club Training

The club holds regular training sessions Tuesday and Thursday mornings on campus at 6am (seasonal variations apply) underneath the Green Bridge. These sessions are for any riders who want to work on bike handling skills or improve on their current level of fitness. The sessions are fairly informal and are generally 1 hour in duration. They are a great way to improve your skills and get fit while meeting other club members.

Easy river loops are also occasionally conducted. These rides often finish for coffee at Merlos at QUT or Wordsmiths at UQ.

All training sessions are conducted under the guidance of a qualified coach to make sure you get the right information.
